Presently, the ACO is organized as an informal network of Dutch researchers professionally interested in China. To facilitate administration, the ACO has established a board and a secretariat responsible for the agenda and hosting of the meetings, the mailing list, and other administrative matters. The current board of ACO consists of the following members (in alphabetical order):
